Bucket List

Between reading Tuesdays with Morrie and watching "Bucket List," I decided I'm not going to wait  60 years to say "I need to X." I'm making my bucket list now. I reserve the right to change, add and eliminate items until, well, I kick the bucket.

  • Make a seriously cute baby

  • See a volcano (preferably inactive)
  • Go to an MLB play-off game
  • Take Cade to Disney World
  • Go to graduate school
  • Take a cooking class
  • Go to Europe
  • Go to Europe again
  • Vacation in a hut on a tropical island, say, Bora Bora

  • Be a TriDelta collegiate chapter adviser
  • Have a library in my house
  • Host Christmas(es)
  • Visit the San Diego Zoo
  • Visit the Grand Canyon
  • Receive a car with a bow on it (Ross knows)
  • Go to the top of the Empire State Building
  • Kiss my hubby at the Eiffel Tower
  • Get season tickets and really use them

  • Study abroad
  • Red-Sox vs Yankees
  • Snorkel the Great Barrier Reef

  • Dolly Parton concert
On the same note, there's a few that just aren't on my list, learning to drive a stick shift, scuba-diving and running a marathon among them. No need to do EVERYTHING after all.
